No quibble, no fuss
We are particular about the service we provide and are proud of our company. In the unlikely event of damage or if you are not satisfied with the quality of our cleaning or repair please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your garment and we will arrange collection and investigate or where appropriate, reprocess your garment at no extra cost.
We take every care to ensure count discrepancies do not occur but should you need to report one then this must be done within 48 hours of our delivery of your garments. We are not responsible for any loss or damage of garments after delivery to you or other authorised persons such as a family member, housekeeper, doorman or concierge.
Care Label Instruction
We always clean garments in accordance with the care label instructions. For garments without care labels, we will consult you and then use the best method suited to your garment but cannot be held liable in the event that the chosen method damages your clothes.
Cleaning and Stain Removal Methods
We inspect every garment in order to identify problem garments prior to cleaning and/or stain removal but despite our best intention cannot be held responsible for inherent weaknesses or defects in the fabric or damage caused by sun fading, colour loss due to non fastness, wear and tear and shrinkage. It is important that you do not attempt to remove stains on certain fabrics/garments with water, soap or washing powder as it may result in the garment being damaged once professionally cleaned. Should we discover a problematic stain on a garment that requires us to use harsher stain removal agents; we will consult with you in advance as it may need to be processed at owner’s risk.
Repairs & Alterations
We ensure that our customers enjoy the quality of our fast, prompt and efficient garment repairs and alteration service. We will always check with you to ensure you are happy with the cost before going ahead with a repair or alteration in which you will be charged for.
Delivery Policy
We will always endeavour to return garments on the agreed date and expected time however this may not always be possible due to traffic or an unforeseen circumstance. Should we be unable to deliver your garments on the scheduled day we will make every effort to keep you fully updated by email, text messages or telephone and arrange an alternative and convenient delivery date with you.
Right to Refuse
Sparkle Diamond reserves the right to refuse service to any customer.
Pricing
Sparkle Diamond reserves the right to change prices at any time and cannot be held responsible for errors on the website related to pricing.
Statutory Rights
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
